Mark Yeates

Hi, I am Mark Yeates, of The HomeOwnership Company. The HomeOwnership Company is not like any other Real Estate or Mortgage Company. We believe in superior service, and due to the high expense of buying and selling homes, we funnel a large portion of our commissions back to you. By doing so we are the lowest priced full-service Real estate Company and only charge a 1% listing fee, plus the buyers agent fee to list a home for sale. Most other companies are charging 6% or more for the same service. If you are buying a home, we use our funds to pay your closing costs, and we also put in thousands of dollars to buy down your interest rate. Most of our clients average a lower payment of $90 - $150 per month by using our services. Find out what we are all about and give us a call. The HomeOwnership Company LLC NMLS 1467345
